All Materials are supplied by Willoughby Supply and Alside!  We only use the best products in our customers' homes.  My company and my installers are certified GAF and Certain Teed.  We are professional in our knowledge as installers.  My company is also backed and accredited by our local BBB.  We support or surrounding cities by backing numerous kids sports teams, buying from our local 4-H clubs during fair season, and being involved in our community's growth.

Who We Are:

R. Whitely Construction is a full services roofing, siding, and general exterior construction company.  We are a fully insured outfit including liability insurance, workers compensations insurance, and pay rolled employees.  We service home owners, contractors, investors, and agents.  I have personally been in the trades for over 15 years now, starting as a laborer and working my way up the ladder to foreman.  In 2008, I decided to take my skills and knowledge and go off on my own, opening R. Whitely Construction.  Since then we have grown each year, accomplishing our goals and steadily becoming one of the top names in our industry.  Our goal is to completely satisfy every customer we come in contact with from the first contract to the completion of that particular job.  We take pride in every job we've taken on, from the smallest repairs to some of our area's most elite homes.

My Family:

As for myself, I am a father of three and a husband to my wonderful wife, Shauna, who is also a big help to me in this company.  I have built a strong team around me, including family and friends that rely on me as I do them.  This is why we take such pride in all we do: your job is my family's lively hood.  Without the customer, we have nothing.

I am a resident of the beautiful city of Chardon, Ohio, and my place of business is located in Kirtland, Ohio.  We service all of Lake Geauga, Ashtabula, Portage, and Cuyahoga Counties, not excluding surrounding areas.

Whitely Construction apart from our competition is that we care about how your entire experience with us is handled.  Starting with your first contact, we will be polite, respectful, and give you a fair quote on time from the owner, not a salesman.  If we make an agreement, we stick to it, doing the job 120% and cutting no corners, treating your home as if it was my own.  If something does happen during or after the job, we would be right there correcting the problem.
